Detailed Salary Composition
EZHRM doesn’t bind the organization to a limited number of fields or parameters for the salary calculation. The software is designed in such a way that the admin can decide all the deduction components, name each component as per the company policy. There are options to specify the amount for deduction in flat or percentage format.
Similarly, there are options to add as many types of incentives to the salary slip. Overall the system provides enough options to specify the salary structure for the whole company and if required, can be configured differently for a single employee too.
