CSR Activities

CSR

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a self-regulating business model that helps any company to be socially accountable—to itself, its stakeholders, and the public. By practising corporate social responsibility, also called corporate citizenship, companies can be conscious of the kind of impact they are having on all aspects of society, including economic, social, and environmental.

Understanding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Corporate social responsibility is a broad concept and you must have heard about the various initiatives taken by big companies and abroad under the CSR department. At EZHRM we believe that the CSR activities are not something related only to big names. We believe that each one of us, irrespective of our company size, can contribute towards the betterment of society.

Therefore, to instil the social responsibility in our employees, we have provided an option specifically for the CSR activities. This can be configured as per the social objectives of the company. E.g. for one company, every employee has to submit images for the social acts done by him. Otherwise, he won’t be able to view his salary slip of the month. Other companies can configure it in such a way that, until the employee submits an image planting a tree, his salary will not be transferred.

The ideas and possibilities are limitless. One thing which we are sure is that these activities by the team, can help forge a stronger bond between employees and corporations; boost morale, and help both employees and employers feel more connected with the world around them.
