A. How to add or revise the salary of an employee?

To add or Update the salary of the employee’s perform the given steps:
Log on to the EZHRM Admin portal by using your login credentials.
Navigate to Payroll > Emp. Pay slip > Emp. ID.
Click on Desired Employee ID
Salary Page of Desired candidate will open.
Now Add the Basic Salary or update the existing salary in basic salary tab.
Click on Update/Recalculate, Salary is updated of selected employee.

B. How to add Incentive in salary of an employee?

To add or update the Incentive in salary of the employee’s perform the given steps:
Navigate to Payroll > Incentive.
Fill the required information like year and month for which the incentive is provided along with Employee name, Incentive Type and Amount.
Click on submit button. Incentive is Saved or granted.
To update the incentive, Click on update button in right side.
A new Page to update Incentive will open, here update the incentive amount and click on submit.

C. How to approve or view reimbursement?

To approve or view reimbursement, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Payroll > reimbursement.
A new page with all the request will appear.
Here you can approve or reject the reimbursement request by clicking on green and red button.
To view all the requests, click on ‘Show All’ button in right side of the screen.

D. How to enter employee’s loan details in EZHRM software?

To enter the employee’s loan details in EZHRM software, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Payroll > Emp. Loan.
Here fill the details like employee name, Loan amount and Emi amount to be deducted from monthly salary of the employee.
Click on submit button.
Now select ‘Approve’ under status in right side and click on ‘OK’ in the pop up notification.

E. How to Generate or view employee pay slips?

To generate or view employee pay slips, perform these steps:
Navigate to Payroll > Emp. Pay slip.
Select the month and year of which you want to generate the pay slips.
Click on the generate button to generate the pay slips.
To view the generated pay slips click on view icon.

A. How can the admin apply leave on behalf of the employee?

To apply leave on behalf of the employee, admin has to follow the given steps:
Navigate to Leave > Apply leave.
A new page to apply leave will open.
Fill the necessary details like Employee/user, leave quota, leave type, date of leave and reason.
Click on submit to request for leave.

B. How to set holidays in EZHRM Software?

To set the holidays of the organization in ezhrm, follow the given steps:
Navigate to Master Settings > Holidays.
In new page fill the details like date of holiday and reason/remarks for holiday.
Click on Submit, to add the holiday.

C. How to get details of leave balance of employees?

To get the details of leave quota balance of employee’s, follow the given steps:
Navigate to HR > View employee leave quota.
A list with leave balance of all the employee will appear on the screen.
To update the leave balance, click on the update button.

D. Where can a manger see the status of leave applications (completed / pending)?

To see the status of leave application (completed / pending), follow the given steps:
Navigate to Leave > Emp. Leave History.
A new page with all pending request will appear, here you can approve or reject the request.
To view the completed requests, click on ‘Show All’ button.

E. How to view Employee’s comp off history?

To view the comp. off history of employee’s, follow the steps mentioned below:
Navigate to Leave > Emp. Comp off history.
A new page with all pending comp off request will appear; here you can update the request.
To view all completed request click on ‘Show All’ button.

A. How to add an employee?

To add an employee in EZHRM,
Navigate to HR > Add Employees.
Fill the required details and click on submit.
To add the employees in bulk, click on upload excel on add employees page.
Download the excel format and fill the employees details in downloaded file.
Upload the file and click on submit, employees will be added in bulk.

B. How to create different role in ezhrm?

To create different role in EZHRM, follow the given steps:
Navigate to Administration > Create role.
Here fill the Role name and click on submit to save the role.
To maintain the access of different users, navigate to Administration > Maintain user role.
Select the role, provide the access and click on submit to save the changes.

C. How to update the employee’s profile?

To update the employee’s profile, follow the given steps:
Navigate to HR > View Employee’s.
Click on the selected employee’s name.
Profile page of concerned employee will open; here you can update the employee’s information.
Click on update profile, to save the changes.

D. How to update employee’s portal password from admin panel?

To update the employee’s portal password from admin portal, follow the given steps:
Navigate to HR > View Employee’s
Select the employee from the list and click on his/her name.
In the profile page of concerned employee, click on update password
Enter the new password, you want to set and click on update profile
New password will be updated.

E. How to track live location of employee’s?

To track the live location of the employee’s, follow the given step:
Navigate to HR > Track location.
Select the employee whose location you want to track along with time interval.
A notification
Click on the location icon under ‘Check location’ heading.
Google map with employee location will open in new window.

A. Where can admin see the attendance information?

You can see the attendance information of the employees, on the Employee Attendance History page. To navigate to this page, click Attendance > Employee attendance history.

B. How admin can mark employee attendance from admin panel?

Admin can mark employee attendance from admin panel on mark attendance page. To navigate to this page, click Attendance > Mark Attendance.

C. What are different formats to upload attendance in bulk?

Admin can upload employee’s attendance in 3 different formats, i.e. Text file, Basic Excel file, Excel file with timings.

D. What are different ways to record attendance in EZHRM software?

Different ways to record employee’s attendance in EZHRM software are:

FACIAL RECOGNITION
IP Based Attendance
RFID
Excel file
Geo Mark

E. Where to view the attendance approval requests?

You can view the attendance approval request on approve attendance page. To navigate to this page, click Attendance > Approve Attendance.
Here you can view the location of the employee on Google map from where they request for attendance.
Approve or reject the attendance request under “Update” button.

The current version of the EZHRM Employee Portal mobile application comes with the following features:

B. Can employee’s mark attendance through Mobile application?

Yes employee’s can mark attendance through mobile application; even they can send a request from their location to admin to mark their attendance.

C. Where do I get the EZHRM mobile application?

You can download the latest version of the EZHRM Employee Portal mobile application from Google Play Store.

D. Are there additional charges to use the mobile application?

No, EZHRM Employee Portal mobile application is absolutely free for all customers. You just need to download the mobile application and enjoy using it.

E. Can I add a new employee or perform other Admin-related tasks using the EZHRM mobile app?

No, EZHRM mobile application is for employees only. You cannot perform any Admin-related tasks using the mobile application.

F. How to Start Using EZHRM App?

To start using EZHRM Mobile Application, all you need to do is download the HRM App from the Play Store, the HRM App will be available on iOS as well as On Google Play Store Get started with EZHRM HR mobile App, simply search EZHRM On store and install it.

G. How To Login In Ezhrm APP ?

To Login into EZHRM App email id is the only requirement, There are two method to login

Sign in with Google,
If your email id is already logged in then just click on “Sign In With google” button from HR mobile app. You will get a list of emails that are currently logged in your phone, Please select the one for which you have an account in EZHRM.
Your email id is verified now and your login is successfully done.
This further will redirect you to the App’s dashboard.

Login with Password:- Email id and password for login will be provided by the HR Admin of the company or you can get it on your mail or Phone via SMS.

H. How To Forget Password ?

Don’t have a password? No worries, you can use a forget password option made available for you in EZHRM. Enter your registered email id or phone number, you will get an OTP on mail/sms. Enter OTP and click “submit”.You will get your latest password on your mail as well as on phone via SMS.

I. How To Mark Attendance ?
Attendance will be allowed to mark only from a predefined location by the HR admin. Within a defined range, say within 200 Meter. Your attendance can be marked effortlessly. The only thing to keep in mind is that your location must be added in EZHRM Software. If not, it will give you an out of range message.
J. How to Get Attendance if an Employee is out for official work or not available at his specified location?

If an Employee is not on the predefined location or say, the employee is out for an official work then he/she can send an attendance mark request from the app itself by taking a selfie on the spot. Further the HR/Reporting manager will verify and approve the attendance request.

K. How To Check Attendance History ?

In the attendance history page, there are three sections
-Days you worked
-Your leave
-Official holidays of the respective month.
There is a colour indication button available on the top of the screen for better visuals. You will get various colours which reflects the actual attendance type for the respective day. On clicking the particular date, you will get to know about your check-in and check out timings. The first marking of attendance for the day is picked up as check in and the rest is picked up as check out.
